Madam Chan Soo Wah was appointed to the Board on 24 September 2004. She is the Chairman of Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institude of Accountants.

Madam Chan began her professional career with international accounting firms in England and Malaysia. She has vast experience in investment companies of diversified interests in Malaysia and Singapore. She held senior positions in the Corporate Finance Division of a local Investment Bank. While she was the Senior Manager and Company Secretary of Malaysian Oxygen Bhd, She also servced as an Alternate Director in one of its affiliated companies.

She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Oceancash Pacific Berhad, a company which is listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
