Madam Chan Soo Wah was appointed to the Board on 24 September 2004. She is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Madam Chan began her professional career with international accounting firms in England and Malaysia. She has held senior positions in investment companies, investment bank and public-listed company in Malaysia.

She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of Oceancash Pacific Berhad, a company listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
