IR Lim Seng Nip was appointed to the Board on 20 November 2007. He graduated from University of Auckland, New Zealand in Bachelor of Engineering in 1972 and has more than 34 years of experience in Civil and Structure Engineering Design and Construction Works.

He is the Principal of SNA Consult Sdn. Bhd. and a Professional Engineers registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia, the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers London, England.
