Mr. Tan Kak Teck was appointed to the Board on 15 July 2003. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of Nomination Committee. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He began his auditing career in 1983, and is currently a partner of an auditing firm in Kuala Lumpur.
