Desa Tebrau Interchange
The Desa Tebrau Interchange, is located along the Johor Bahru-Kota Tinggi Highway. The interchange eases traffic flow that is generated by the development of Taman Desa Tebrau as well as Taman Johor Jaya. With the interchange, accessibility from Johor Bahru, Taman Johor Jaya or Kota Tinggi to Desa Tebrau is further enhanced. This development is a prominent feature along the busy highway. Prior to the construction of the interchange, the junction was served by traffic lights. The ever-increasing volumes of traffic due to the progress of development in the area rendered the junction inadequate and hence, necessitated the construction of the Desa Tebrau Interchange.

The two level interchange is designed along the lines of a diamond configuration. This means the main flow of traffic along the highway is uninterrupted while traffic is channeled to Desa Tebrau or Taman Johor Jaya via ramps to the second level through a series of junctions controlled by traffic lights. It has been designed to provide minimal interruption along the main highway.

The interchange also caters to public transport users with two strategically located bus stops and a paved pedestrian walkway for the convenience of residents.
