Introduction
Plenitude Heights Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Sin Yik Development Sdn Bhd) was incorporated in 1978 with
the main activity of the company being property development.
An established developer in Sungai Petani since the early '80s,
the company was behind the praiseworthy development of Taman
Keladi that provided affordable housing to those who probably
never dreamed of owning a home of their own.
The company's objectives were to provide affordable housing
to the lower income group in response to the Government's call
to help kick start the economy during the recession years from
1985 to 1990.
In 1995, Plenitude Heights moved into the medium cost market and started Bandar
Perdana, adjacent to Taman Keladi. Commanding an excellent location,
Bandar Perdana complements the planned development of Sungai
Petani, Kedah, in particular the relocation of the entire state
administrative body from Alor Setar.
Bandar Perdana covering an area of 1,046 acres, is being groomed
as a township for quality living. The whole scheme has been
carefully moulded in line with the natural terrain, minimizing
the need for earth cutting and tree felling. Greenery, landscaping
and ample parks are a key feature of Bandar Perdana which is
expected to be fully developed within 12 years.
